Exploitation Types - Main Screen - Create Better Way to List Exploitation Types so VoiceOver Reads All Items for a Country

Need to work at creating a better way to list the "Exploitation Types" so VoiceOver reads all items for a country and not only those visually on the screen or find better code that will allow all items to be read.

On the "Exploitation Types" screen VoiceOver tells me there are 15 items for Bangladesh but still only reads the eight items displayed on the screen. The same thing happens for other countries that have more than eight goods. Would expect VoiceOver to read all the products listed.

VoiceOver for some reason now, after reading country name and number of exploited goods, then reads each good as part of a list of goods, then it reads them each as a button even the ones off-screen. But once it's reading the off-screen ones, you can not double-tap to activate them like the ones you can see on the screen. I would expect the off-screen items to move on the screen and be able to tap on them to see the necessary information on the new screen.
