Application Can Not Find "Washington, DC" or Any of It's Zip Codes #6

When a person enters “Washington DC” or “Washington DC, DC” or ”20210”, which are valid locations the application displays “Not Found” in the location field. The application should know that “Washington, DC” is one or all of those things.

We are getting ready to check the Spanish version of the application. We are assuming this same issue will be there too. So could you please make the same changes you made here to the Spanish version?

Will create a separate issue for each Spanish issue we find.

Yes, the updates for Washington DC location and reported issues are for both English and Spanish since it has been combined into one package.
