Links removed, fixes #13 #14

Original intention was to remove local links, because they were not intuitive…..behavior wasn’t the same as standard web links, and the change in view was not reflected in app’s navigation stack. I’d simply passed over these few in the HTML by accident.

The links worked in the original app and those in the "training" section are valuable.
