Add standalone example to tcplfit2 vignette

1. Define which dataset to use as an example (@kpaulfriedman any ideas?)
2. Start at mc0-like data
3. Do aggregation normalization and bias correction (mc1 through mc3). Potentially use a dataset that needs aggregation of technical replicates.
4. run through tcplfit2_core and tcplhit2_core
5. Transform results into tabular format.
