Worked on the AUC vignette, including example of using get_AUC and AUC wrapper functions. Attached a rendered version here for review. AUC vignette.pdf

@sedavid01 changes are made to address your comments. Attaching a pdf version of this vignette here for review. I was able to render the file after re-installing the package locally. AUC vignette.pdf
