Add clarification statement to concRespCore #66

Goal: Clarification in function documentation to provide context where concRespCore and tcplfit2_core & tcplhit2_core (used in sequence separately) may differ.

Need: Add following sentence to the concRespCore function description. "Prior to model fitting this function includes two data preparation steps (1) centering responses when bmed is not 0 or NULL and (2) removal of replicates with missing response values."

Change was implemented, reviewed, and accepted. Branch has been merged into 'dev'. Closing out this ticket.
