Bulk editing of a single element across multiple docs can be accomplished in pro using the Edit Element tool with known xpath. Bulk find/replace in single doc might be relevant, but I'd be reluctant to do this in an Esri interface, when it's so easy to do in a text editor. Batch clear and batch thumbnail don't seem worthwhile, and the rest exist in pro. Closing.
