EME doesn't work if ArcGIS is installed to drive other than C #25

EME appears to assume that ArcGIS is installed in the same Program Files (x86) folder as itself - so if ArcGIS is installed elsewhere, such as on another drive, nothing works. Need to somehow determine and store full path to ArcGIS installation. This appears to affect all versions.

Never addressed in EME 5, not an issue in pro. Closing.
