So there were actually two new tools we added over the last year, though both are dead-simple. One purges all elements from an existing dataset, something no Esri tools do - as a way of starting fresh. The other is the clean export tool we previously discussed. If it's not too much trouble, including these in the compiled install files would be a huge help.
