Add thumbnail generation functionality #8

Seems like Esri will sometimes generate thumbnails, but not always - why not, how can we make it easy to generate a quick default thumbnail?

Could be a bug. Dan's had the same problem with .NET

Thumbnail generation in pro is much better. Closing.
