Installation issues with “.msi” file. [Conflicts with Windows Defender in some situations and requires a work-around.]

Decided to use .exe and .zip file approach. Please check out EPANET 2.2.0 release (Release tab here) and its publication on EPA's website at https://www.epa.gov/water-research/epanet.
