Elements should be:

Title Owner | Publisher | EPA/Non-EPA status Source | Source URI | Metadata Standard Project Open Data Access Level | License URL | Rights (CUI Statement) Input Date | Update Date | Progress Status Document UUID | Embedded UUID (would be great if we had some visual indication of a perfect match) Metadata Links (XML/Details) Compilation | Collection (only if applicable, otherwise suppress)

Each row is a logical groupings of elements, though I'm realizing that from a layout perspective several won't all fit on one line, but if there's any way we can achieve a layout that does group similar elements, it'd be great.
