Enhance non-geo editor page to allow batch editing of multiple records #39

Not quite sure how this would work - perhaps a user could first query the EDG for existing records, then select certain results for editing, then certain elements on the non-geo editor page that would be 'updated'. On submit all of the records would be combined into a single output JSON file, with selected elements set to the same values for all and unselected elements not edited.
