Add facet/checkbox to search page allowing user to search only metadata associated with journal articles #89

Initially since all EPA datasets associated with journal articles will come to EDG through ScienceHub, this will be a simple filter by metadata source. When extramural datasets are included, we’d presumably also have a single source, but there are still outstanding questions about how those are to be portrayed in the EDG.

@torrin47 sounds like we are making the following assumptions: 1- All Science Hub records are associated with journal articles 2- The non-geo editor aside, we don't anticipate such records to come from another harvest source. Correct?

Assumption 1 is safe and should remain so. If records do come from other harvest sources, we should be able to tightly control them and not mix records associated with journal articles with other records in the same source. Direct editing of non-geo records is a wildcard in this. Ideally we wouldn't be making any assumptions and there would be some element in the metadata we could use to explicitly link datasets to journal articles. Unfortunately, the Project Open Data Schema doesn't have such an element today, but it sounds like they're opening the door to those discussions in the next revision of the schema. We'll see how it goes.
