Importing 0 VPOP for a source type results in a red X #12

If you import a 0 for a source type in the SourceTypeYear table (and if that source type is selected in the RunSpec), you will get a red X for that tab.

This will be fixed in MOVES3.0.1. Until then, the workaround is to not select that source type in the RunSpec.
