The improvements for HDGHG Phase 2 modeled with the emissionrateadjustment table was designed with MOVES2014, which did not have gasoline source type 41s or diesel LMHD or MHD buses in source type 42. MOVES3 allows gasoline 41s and LMHD/MHD diesel transit buses, but these particular vehicle combinations do not appear in this table.
Since there are few gasoline "other buses" or diesel LMHD/MHD transit buses, this is anticipated to have a very small impact on total energy consumption and chained pollutant/processes, but this will be fixed as a database update with MOVES3.0.2.
