After importing record distribution section misbehaves #100

There is a problem that consistently affects the Distribution section after loading a record - if one chooses to edit any field in a distribution section it will allow one character (or a paste) and then stop editing. Kind of annoying if you'd like to add a title for a distribution.

I believe this is addressed now but needs comprehensive testing.

I tried a bunch of different scenarios and wasn't able to get it to break, so I'd say this is resolved.

@torrin47 @aergul - I tested with different distribution entries; loading, clearing, saving, loading again, etc. and the distribution section looked like everything that was supposed to be retained was indeed retained every time.
