Full IE 11 compatibility #101

Do we believe this is worth the extra effort?

Consensus is to not support IE 11 but instead display message recommending use of a supported browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).

Nice clean look and I like the browser suggestions. The only piece I feel is missing is some sort of acknowledgement of what page they've reached. What about something like this?
