I may be overlooking something, but it looks like my 'info quality guideilnes' selection is not getting saved when I toggle to 'yes'. I noticed this when I reloaded the record and it didn't pick up the value I had thought I saved. See screenshot showing what is being saved when clicking save. I also noticed that the icon shows valid when user has not selected that it does meet the guidelines yet. I am not sure if that is correct?
