Make the footer different based on document validity #94

Ayhan: We could make the footer different based on document validity, even include info on what element needs attention if document invalid.

Torrin: The idea of adding more information is worth considering:

Con: until a user starts populating elements, a full list of invalid elements could be long and ugly. This might be mitigated by following the pattern already implemented by clicking the submit button when there are invalid elements - it only shows a message for the first invalid element. Pro: although clicking on the submit button before it turns green does show a useful message about the first invalid element, many users might never try clicking on the button to see the constructive feedback. There's something to be said for putting this info in plain sight.

Proposed revision:

Valid: You have reached the last of the Open Data Metadata Editor elements. Congratulations! There are valid entries for all of the mandatory elements and no invalid entries for any optional elements, so the submit button at right should be green and you may submit your record. You may also save a copy of your record before or after submission using the menu at top left.

Invalid: You have reached the last of the Open Data Metadata Editor elements. Unfortunately, the record does not yet pass validation. Please address any validation errors or missing entries before submitting. The first invalid element is {}. You may save a copy of your record at any time using the menu at top left.
