coal_mining_lci.csv includes emissions of ammonia and volatile organic compounds among others. When the aggregate_data function is used on a dataframe containing all life cycle data (i.e., includes speciated emissions from coal mining rather than just the amount of coal input from a given code such as IB-B-U), the resulting aggregated dataframe does not include these emissions.
This does not affect the openLCA processes for coal mining - these species exist in those unit processes.
