Updates to combinator to reflect eLCI upstream mapping #85

-fix to geothermal.py, emissions which were getting dropped upon mapping -simplified the mapping process in combinator.py due to the more comprehensive mapping file eLCI in FEDEFL -updated relevant class descriptions

66 mapping is complete

Everything looks good to me so far. Ran a test for the full life cycle and imported into openLCA with no issues.

149 input and 1,966 output flows for the US consumption mix versus 7 and 1,391 from a database I created around October. Pretty good!

@WesIngwersen I've got no problems with this being pulled - not sure if you just want one of us to do it.
