Mistakenly made the commits to this branch...merging in

@jump2conclusionsmatt After accidentally committing the README updates to the issues/66_81 branch, I had to resolve a conflict in the combinator.py around line 266. I kept the code checking for mismatching units in there. Please take a look and make sure I didn't make a mistake with that.

I believe we had removed that stretch of code because the eLCI mapping file should now handle all of those issues but I'll look a bit closer when I get a chance

Just tried running it, and now getting an exception around this area.
