Download and Install Error #27

Hi,

I'm unable to download and install the software. I see an error every time I try to download.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties downloading the software.

Unfortunately, anything with the github site is not impacted by our code but rather github itself. It may be one of the issues listed on your screenshot (proxy or firewall, etc). Have you tried a different browser?
