Is this related to issue #1? Does it work when there is a mapping given for such categories when creating the model?
After creating a metadata compartment files specific to my model, the elementary flow categories and subcategories are still not being created upon import into olca 1.5. The validation check of the model showed no errors with compartments, so this is not because the compartment meta data and satellite tables do not match.
Compartment mapping in v1.0 is not fully working at least with my model. It is only creating the subcompartments and not their compartments. I added additional rows with fields for the compartments and UUIDs for those, but upon import the subcompartments are not associated with the compartments. Strangely, even after dragging all the subcompartment folders under their correct compartments manually in olca 1.5, and then exporting all the elementary flows again as JSON-LD and importing into a new database, the subcompartments once again are not in their proper compartments - they are separate.
Elementary flows without subcategories are not being correctly handled in the JSON-LD export and import into openLCA.
