I see all of the CSS is inline. That won’t fly and isn’t necessary.
No JS (so I took out the share menu and the channel dropdowns—neither will work without JS—I’m hopeful that the share menu goes away this year).
There’s no body content and no styling for things I consider essential: tables, links, colors, etc.
There’s no GTM code—that’s required by OMB. Fixed: I added it back in.
Linking to data:image/base-64 is no longer necessary (there’s no pipeline benefits in HTTP/2) Fixed: I removed all data images and reduced the file size by 65K.
Search box is in the wrong place. Fixed: it’s happening because you need the “js” class on the HTML element, and that class is set by JS. Which you don’t have.
