sheet_id 1303 not read correctly in "processed_data/cleaned_wq_20141121.txt" #42

Measurement values All measurement values associated with sheet 1303 are reported as NA in "processed_data/cleaned_wq_20141121.txt". However, inspection of sheet_id 1303 indicates that the data are present (see column F). Please read in data and push updated text file.

ID All site IDs from sheet_id =1303 are read in incorrectly. site ID should be a simple paste of columns A and B. Please correct and push updated .txt file.

All observations in sheet 1303 are from sampling stations with names that begin with a "1". This indicates that the station is on an inflow or outflow and will be excluded from the analysis. We do not need to deal with the issue described above.
