Include Data Download Date #86

Once the help page is constructed Lisa will add the data about the date of the data in the viewer.

@tbock do you know if this issue is referring to the date of the data or the date that the data was imported? We spoke about showing the date of last import at the last meeting, but I don't specifically recall where we left it. I will ask about that at the mtg tomorrow and follow up here.
