Import of Rainfall Elements, A file Raingage is imported as a Time Series Raingage #196

If you import the EPA SWMM 5 Continuous Simulation Tutorial the model cannot be run as the File information is improperly interpreted as a Time Series

ERROR 209: undefined object at line 59 of [RAINGAGE] section: GAGE1 INTENSITY 1.000000 1.000000 TIMESERIES
