Fix EPANET loading of pump and pipe Editor #235

The bug is because of wrong initialization of initial status box.

@michaeltryby I just created the issue #240 for your reference. once the request is applied to the branch, I comment on the commit to mention how it is addressed in the main code. I will also use the bug-fix branch for request from now on. Thanks!
