EPANET_MTP4r2_Pipe and pump loading menu is not functional #240

In a new project, user is unable create a network and add pipes and pumps.

Way to reproduce: Open a new project, then select pipes/pumps and try to add a pipe/pump using "+" button.

Version: EPANET MTP4r2 (master branch) Priority: Medium
