EPANET Pipe Editor - Initial Status Wrong #293

Per EPANET .inp file documentation [PIPES] section, missing "Initial Status" parameter defaults to OPEN. When I open my file, the UI shows defaulting to CV. Net1.inp is okay since all pipes have Status included.
