Cannot right-click on elements and adust properties #307

When I add rain gauge, subcatchment, etc, I cannot right-click on them to get the property editor, as I can with the Delphi SWMM. I can right in the window on the left and but then the program locks up. I had to close the program via the Task Manager.

I have discovered that you can left click and check and edit properties.

This would be an enhancement to make it behave more like the delphi version.

@michelleannesimon One can left-click on a model element on the map to select it, then double-click on it to launch the property editor.
