Cannot run LID input file that can successfully run on currrent Delphi SWMM #308

I have several projects with successfully running input files for LID projects. Sometimes they run successfully on the new GUI but the program continues to run until I get the "Program stopped running screen". Sometimes I get a fatal error.

I cannot create an LID input file because the LID editor will not save any changess that I make to it after I make save the editor screen.

I emailed to Paul Duda a LID input file that successfully runs in both the Delphi SWMM and GUI but after the GUI generates a successful message the wheel keeps spinning and I cannot get to the results.

Seems to work fine with MTP6r0; I think this issue was related to the SWMM output reader fix.

Has the QGIS version changed? Your QGIS link is not found anymore and based on this page the latest QGIS is 3,1 https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html
