Simulation start date comes after ending date #376

I am now working in the devSWMM-UI/SWMM-EPANET_User_Interface (dev-ui-py3qt5) I continually get this error: even after I change the start and stop dates, and time steps tab

This prob;lem seesm to be resolved.Save project to prevent blank file #351
