Can't compile .exe file to run #420

I'm new to this, is it possible for someone to create a .exe file of this very nice userinterface of SWMM? maybe this is something that could also be published on EPA's offical website. The design and feature of this program seem very useful!

Back when we were actively working on this project we issued releases regularly with .exes included -- take a look at the most recent one here: https://github.com/USEPA/SWMM-EPANET_User_Interface/releases/tag/MTP7r0

As best I can tell it is just related to reduced EPA funding and shifting priorities.
