Possible to run on Linux? #421

I am very new to compiling applications from source, and find it difficult to understand the available documentation. Is it currently possible to install this gui on linux and run it as a front-end for epanet 2.2? If not, is there another way to get a working epanet 2.2 gui on linux, except through wine?

Sorry, EPA does not currently offer a Linux version of the EPANET graphical user interface.
