TiVA data updated for 2017 - 2022 (from March 2024)
Flattened exio -> useeio sector correspondence for easier editing and tracking
- updated mapping to account for 2017 schema
- add 2017 IO schema to mapping files, using schema parameter when mapping

Resolves #30
