CAD Question: Is this a wall?

Loading dock is missing "A-WALL-FULL-EXTR"

The following screenshots of RTP Building E data shows that there are lines exterior to the footprint of the building on the A-FURN-STOR layer. Also on that layer are what appear to be rectangles/polylines that block the doorways to the Bulking and Storage units.

Where there would be loading bays (as in the Google Earth imagery), the CAD seems to be missing doors for those.

Does the following image with A-FURN-STOR turned off (not used for Indoors), and exterior/interior walls/doors inferred for this space suffice for an import of this data into ArcGIS?

The FE/WB 11.129N Fire Extinguisher that appears to share location with a loading dock door to the BULKING unit "E178D" is concerning, since it was not attached to anything. Is it located beneath the door, but still on the interior of that exterior wall?
