Remove css class for API Docs card header #163

Fixes a mismatch in fonts between the APIDocs cards to the homepage cards

@j-tafoya - The card header's font still look difference from the page title and other header. If removing the aria-label from the h2 tag, the font will change and they are matched with the rest of the page.

I'm not seeing any change when I remove the aria-label. It stays as "Source Sans Pro Web" which matches the cards on the HomePage.
