I am working with EIA 860, 860m data and used the original crosswalk in this repo to map to EPA. I found that many of the EIA_BOILER_ID values of interest did not line up with what was found in EIA 860, 860m data. For simplicity, I added EIA boiler IDs to EIA plants where this issue is known and all boiler IDs are currently null.
Note that this update, taken as is, has duplicated SEQUENCE_NUMBER values. This occurs where the relationship between generators and boilers are not 1:1. Please let me know if I am missing some context or understanding on this.
