Added mock data for unit tests
Added temporary fake api key to test "using saved api key" message
[ FAIL 1 | WARN 0 | SKIP 0 | PASS 422 ]
Single test failure appears to be unrelated to mocking, will open another ticket to address this single test once merged
Will need to adjust once we merge the unified environment variable name.
