Update vignettes for CRAN release. Consider breaking apart existing vignettes into new smaller vignettes :

[ ] Introduction
[ ] Chemistry APIs
[ ] Hazard APIs
[ ] Bioactivity APIs -- This can be adapted from the API Rmarkdown @cthunes prepared

The TAME-toolkit is a first draft and TAME-toolkit-clean is the final draft of a training module we developed for the TAME project (https://uncsrp.github.io/Data-Analysis-Training-Modules/index.html).

Should we drop the first draft and just publish the clean version going forward?

Yeah, or remove them after adding the new vignettes by API area. This is an awesome resource, but a little long. I think it's better to break this TAME toolkit apart so we can direct users by API area. The quick start vignette could be updated slightly, so it's a general "introduction" followed by those few examples

I think breaking them up is a good idea. Also, removing the pictures will help avoid issues with the package size as the vignettes are built.
