Repo initiation #1

Hi @jbeaulie, thanks for setting this up. In order to get us started I went ahead and cloned to our shared drive (climateBenefits_bryan) and organized the repo accordingly.

Because I made some recent minor edits to the Climate-Benefits-of-Nutrient-Management.rmd, I restored your previous folder (climateBenefits_jb) to the version that pre-dated my edits from today. I included the prior version in this initial push, and then pushed my most recent edits (just adding the simulation uncertainty exercise). Note: I left the version in your original folder (climateBenefits_jb) as your previous version, so only the repo is current. If you make that your local, then a simple pull will also update that.

We should be all set from here on out. If you've already cloned this repo, just pull before you push. If you haven't you should be all set to clone and we're good to go from there! Feel free to organize anything to your liking, I'll mirror your organization.
