MARB extrapolation in manuscript.Rmd #5

manuscript.Rmd is a condensed version of Climate Benefits of Nutrient Management.Rmd that will allow readers to recreate the major findings presented in the manuscript. manuscript.Rmd currently contains some code used to generate data for the MARB extrapolation, but doesn't contain the code to execute the extrapolation. It seems like we should include all or none of the MARB code. What do you think Bryan?

I think it is okay as-is. The MARB stuff that is in the manuscript.rmd is just exporting information from our modeling that will be used in the external MARB scripts. I agree that we need to do some housekeeping, my bad and I will absolutely do that. Let's table this though until after at least the first set of reviewer comments. I worry that spending time on this doesn't make sense since we'll likely be changing quite a bit to accommodate revisions during peer review.
