When copying a manifest as an Industry user, Please Wait error occurs.
Steps to recreate:
MTN I created: 256161655FLE
Sign in as an Industry user
Create a Paper+Data manifest
Select the manifest once signed
Click Copy Manifest icon under General Information

Warning modal appears, select Copy to Paper+ Data
Please Wait error occurs

Acceptance Criteria (x) In a +Paper + Data manifest+, when selecting Copy Paper + Data icon, Please Wait error does not occur. Instead, an actual copy is created for the user.
