auto-copy inputs and parameters when copying case jobs #119

Suggestion from Christine:

If you copy one job to another job, [optionally] auto-copy inputs and parameters to the new job.

Commit bf3743c adds this feature when copying jobs within the same case. If the jobs to copy have associated inputs or parameters, a dialog pops up asking if the inputs and parameters should be copied to the new jobs. If yes, then the inputs and parameters are automatically copied for the jobs.
