check Client Home Directory access in EMF Client Installer for better error message #125

Tried to do a fresh installation of the EMF Client via the installer and didn't run the installer as an administrator. By default, the Client Home Directory setting is C:\Program Files\EMF Client. Trying to do the install gives the error "Downloading files list failed." due to not being able to create the client home directory. A more specific error message would be useful for troubleshooting.
