Data manager name contains could get larger when window is resized #128

The field to enter name contains queries when searching in the dataset manager is small and it would be helpful for it to enlarge when the window is made bigger.

Needed to change BorderLayout to be in the Center part of the layout instead of the East part. Being in the Center will allow the component/TextField to be adjustable in size.
