make "Export Name not Specified" dialog accessible #56

Dialog is shown by the View QA Step window when Export is selected and Export Name is not entered

Update the dialog to wrap the dialog text in a Label. See issue #51 for more details.

Commit 9415b8168988041d884d855c95bad14d840d46ab updates the confirmation dialogs displayed by the View and Edit QA Step windows to have focusable messages
